Job Responsibility:
Oversee, organize, and plan the tasks of personnel engaged in operating cranes, construction machinery, paving equipment, drilling apparatus, and other comparable heavy machinery.
Develop strategies to meet project timelines and synchronize work operations with fellow project supervisors or managers.
Request necessary materials and supplies, address work-related challenges, and propose enhancements to boost efficiency.
Facilitate training for workers or coordinate training sessions.
Provide recommendations for personnel decisions such as hiring and promotions.
Additionally, supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of apprentices’, helpers’, and labourers’ related roles.
