We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager who can manage and develop the salon to exceed our customers’ expectation. This is a full time and permanent position with main dutiess as below:
- Assist and act on behalf of the owner in managing the operation of the salon
- Fine-tune and implement internal policies
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing strategies and activities
- In charge of the business’s accounting books and work with accountant(s) on all taxes and accounting issues.
- Supervise and hire staff.
Hourly wage: $29
Working Location: Comox, BC
Successful candidate must have minimum one year of experience in the same position with a college diploma or higher.
