Develop specialized rehabilitation programs
Perform administrative tasks

Develop, coordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community
Resolve conflict situations
Implement behavior management programs
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Establish a registry of special needs support workers
Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Manage events
Manage knowledge
Offer mentoring
